Here's a simple plan: Exercise 4 times a week for 30 mins, eat what is recommended for your health food guide put out by the country in which you live. cut out the junk, do NOT drink pop or eat dessert with any sort of high sugar or caloric intake. You will lose weight.

Is there an age restriction to buy NV diet pill? I'm 17 years old, soon to be 18 but I can't wait that long to buy diet pills.
